Regina King Did NOT Tell Justin Theroux He’s Whipped By Jennifer Aniston, Despite Report

Regina King did not make fun of Justin Theroux while filming “The Leftovers” for allegedly being whipped by Jennifer Aniston, despite a ridiculous new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this rumor. We’re told it “didn’t happen.”

The National Enquirer, which refers to Theroux as “Jen-whipped” and “Aniston’s bitch,” recounts an entirely fake story about Theroux accidentally knocking a bottle of water into King’s lap while rehearsing a scene for “The Leftovers.” A so-called “source” from the set alleges in the tabloid, “Justin jumped up and started patting Regina’s dripping wet crotch with paper towels, but she instantly yelled ‘Don’t you even touch me! Your wife will have a fit!’”

The magazine seemingly phony “insider” adds in bizarrely unnatural language that Theroux turned “beet-red as cast and crew exploded into giggles [at] our P-whipped newlywed.” The tabloid’s “eyewitness” then quotes (in even more absurd language) Theroux responding to King, “Damn, you’re right. If Jen saw a photo of my hands on you, my life would be over!”

The magazine’s account isn’t the least bit true, which isn’t surprising considering that Gossip Cop has corrected the Enquirer countless times for making up stories about Aniston and Theroux. The tabloid’s typical M.O. is to throw another famous woman into the mix in one way or another. Gossip Cop has previously busted stories involving Theroux and other women, including Liv Tyler, Selena Gomez and, of course, Angelina Jolie. Recent Emmy winner King is simply the latest target.

Regardless, a rep for King exclusively tells Gossip Cop the tabloid’s alleged incident involving the actress and Theroux 100 percent “didn’t happen.”
