Charlie Sheen’s defense team and Colorado prosecutors have settled on four possible resolutions to his domestic violence case, according to reports.
One of the options involves jail time.
Sources tell TMZ the choices are:
*** Sheen pleads guilty to a misdemeanor and serves 30 days in an Aspen jail (possibly just 17 days with good behavior), after which the case is over and there’s no probation.
*** Sheen pleads guilty to a misdemeanor and receives zero jail time but two years of probation.
*** Sheen receives a “deferred prosecution” requiring that he abide by certain conditions to halt the case’s forward momentum; should he stick to the stipulations, the case would eventually be expunged.
*** Sheen goes to trial to fight the charges.
The details of these four reported alternatives are still unconfirmed. Gossip Cop will have updates on Sheen’s decision.
The case revolves around a knife incident between Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller over Christmas.
