Lindsay Lohan may leave jail even earlier than August 1 or August 2, according to a report.
“It’s our expectation that Ms. Lohan will get additional time credit from her earlier times in custody and that would reduce her time in jail,” her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley tells RadarOnline.
Due to overcrowding, Lohan was expected to exit Lynwood Correctional on August 1 or August 2 after serving 14 days of her official 90-day sentence. Now it could possibly be even sooner.
Judge Marsha Revel will determine how much credit Lohan gets for previous stays in custody before sending a minute order to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
Gossip Cop will update when we know exactly how much time is shaved from Lohan’s incarceration.
