After negotiations hit a snag, it appears the entire cast of the MTV smash hit “Jersey Shore” has signed for a second season, according to reports.
While not quite as riveting as the contract drama that played out over several weeks at NBC, the stalemate between the network and Snooki, The Situation, and America’s other Jersey sweethearts had reached the point where many observers believed replacements could be made. A deal is now thought to be imminent.
Tonight TMZ is quoting sources connected with the negotiations as saying a deal is all but done to do a Season 2 with the original crew.
Earlier today, MTV announced a reality version of “The Breakfast Club” would be coming to the network, along with more installments of “Teen Mom.”
And for anyone who can’t get enough of The Situation, he will be a guest correspondent for Access Hollywood’s Grammys coverage on Sunday.
