Site marries off Paul Wesley without him even knowing

“EXCLUSIVE! ‘Vampire Diaries’ Star Paul Wesley Got Secretly MARRIED to ‘One Tree Hill’ Actress Torrey DeVitto!” screams HollywoodLife today.

It’s so secret not even Paul Wesley knows about it.

The site claims Wesley was overheard calling Torrey DeVitto his “wife” at HollywoodLife’s own Young Hollywood Awards party last night in L.A.

“We can’t imagine why these two haven’t stepped out as man and wife until this point,” says the site, “but we’re THRILLED they finally did it at the Young Hollywood Awards.”

Here’s why it’s tough to “imagine why these two haven’t stepped out as man and wife”…

Because they’re not married.

Not only is HollywoodLife exclusively wrong about their own “exclusive,” but they also screwed it up at their own event.

A rep for Wesley tells Gossip Cop exclusively that HollywoodLife’s story is “all lies and not true.”

That’s not surprising. The site couldn’t even spell supposed “wife” DeVitto’s name correctly, having misspelled her name in the article as “DeVito.”

Like Wesley’s vampire character, HollywoodLife’s fact-checking kind of… sucks.
