Steven Spielberg will reportedly direct Robopocalypse, about humanity’s battle to survive a robot uprising.
It is based on a still unpublished novel by Daniel H. Wilson.
The project will begin filming in January 2012, according to Deadline.
Spielberg has two movies coming out in the interim — Tin Tin: The Secret of the Unicorn and War Horse. They are both in post-production.
