Amy Winehouse’s official site has been breached by a group of hackers called Swagger Security (or SwagSec).
According to their Twitter account, the hackers “are here to take back the Internet from the white devil.”
SwagSec replaced what’s typically seen on Winehouse’s site with a long rant loaded with sexually explicit language and racial epithets. We’ve provided a slightly censored screenshot.
The group announced their intention to hack Winehouse on June 27, tweeting, “WE STARTIN WID AMYWINE HOUSE. RACIST CRACKHEAD DEVIL B*TCH.”
The breach comes amid a wave of hacks that have targeted media companies.
One month ago, hackers got into the PBS official site and posted a fake story about Tupac Shakur living in New Zealand.
