Toni Braxton Loses Songs After Being Outbid By Someone In Order To Close Bankruptcy Case!

Oh shizzzz!

We thought Toni Braxton‘s bankruptcy case was settled after closing the book on some issues, but it seems one majorly sucky thing resulted from it.

While fighting to end her bankruptcy case, she reportedly agreed to an offer that would give her the chance to keep 27 of her songs if she bought them back for $ 20,000. The only issue was that other people were allowed to outbid her.

And outbid they did as one man, Ross M. Klein, bought the selection of songs for twice what Toni was paying.

The songs he reportedly bought include You’re Making Me High, How Many Ways, and Always, but it is believed Un-Break My Heart is not included, which is great because it’s our fave!

This whole thing might make Toni totes sadsie, but at least she can put the bankruptcy case behind her!

Carry on, gurl!
