Woww! Site is totally off about J-WoWW engagement

The gang at HollywoodLife loves to address celebrities as if they’re close friends… which is all the stranger since the site seems to know so little about the people whose lives it covers.

“J-WoWW, Congrats On Your Engagement To Tom Leppolis,” shouts HollywoodLife today, showing a photo of “Jersey Shore” star Jenni “J-WoWW” Farley in Miami with beau Leppolis and a ring on her finger.

“Wedding bells are ringing” for the couple, the item continues, later observing, “J-WoWW’s engagement comes as a complete surprise for Jersey Shore fans.”

Here’s what’s no surprise: The story is wrong.

If HollywoodLife did more than just look at pictures, it would know that Farley is NOT engaged.

Gossip Cop spoke directly with Leppolis, who confirmed to us that the couple is not engaged, and that Farley wears the ring (which he bought her as a Christmas gift) because she doesn’t like being bothered by guys.
