Zac Efron is Healthy Despite Bizarre Rumors of Illness

When we last heard from Bricks and Stones, the site speculated that Lindsay Lohan might be engaged to Samantha Ronson.

She wasn’t.

Today the outlet tries once more to break news… by inventing some, asking, “Is something wrong with Zac Efron?”

Bricks and Stones quotes a source saying, “I hear that Zac Efron is really sick.”

“Apparently it is an inside story that not a lot of people know about,” continues the tipster. “There have been some rumours going around about why he hasn’t been seen out much lately.”

If the “source” sounds less than rock solid, Bricks and Stones helpfully provides some more “clues” that Efron could be ill.

In March, “he was seen leaving a medical building.” (And?)

In April, girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens “was seen going to the pharmacy to get him some medicine.” (And?)

Also, at a gala event, Efron “only drank water.”

AND?

And nothing.

Here’s what Gossip Cop found out: A source close to the actor tells us there were no hospital stays, he’s not at all ill, and our Efron insider couldn’t understand where the story even originated. “He’s perfectly fine,” we’re assured.
