Frankie Muniz allegedly punched his girlfriend Elycia Turnbow (also known as Elycia Marie) and threatened to commit suicide.

The “Malcolm in the Middle” star and Turnbow had a fight about “prior relationships” in their Arizona home last Friday night, according to a police report.

Turnbow told officers that Muniz “grabbed a gun and held it to his head, possibly with the intent of committing suicide.”

Muniz claims that in the course of the argument, he “fell and hit his head,” leading to a hospital visit, and insists that he never threatened suicide.

According to Turnbow’s version of events in the police report, at one point after returning from the hospital, Muniz “punched her in the back of the head, and threw her into a wall while in the downstairs bedroom.”

Muniz denies attacking her.

Although the actor claims the gun was unloaded, police noted in their report that the firearm had bullets in the magazine.

The police report also made clear that there were no visible injuries to either party or property damage.

It’s worth noting that Muniz was the one to call police, and that, according to the report, he was “scared that this was getting out of control.”

Authorities warned both parties for disorderly conduct, and said that another call to that address would result in arrests.

Three days after the incident, Muniz tweeted, “The table all set for Valentine’s Day dinner…I love @elyciamarie,” along with a picture of the romantic scene.

UPDATE: A rep for Muniz just released a statement saying, “a gun played no part in the argument,” and “He was not suicidal” and Turnbow “was not assaulted.”

The rep added that the couple is “moving forward with their lives and with their relationship.”

(Clark County Detention Center)

Vince Neil has checked into the Clark County Detention Center to begin serving his sentence for driving under the influence last year.

His incarceration comes after the rocker made a plea deal. Neil will serve two weeks in jail, and then 15 days of house arrest.

The Motley Crue frontman was arrested on the DUI charge last June in Las Vegas.

According to a rapidly spreading rumor, Colin Firth enjoyed his BAFTA win for “The King’s Speech” a little too much over the weekend.

The Daily Star reports that “King of Boozers” Firth “drank so much champagne” at the event, he “left his iconic award on the bar as he staggered off home.”

Firth’s “minder” then allegedly had to run back and get it.

A number of outlets, including PopEater and OK!, picked up the story of the forgotten BAFTA statuette… but forgot to find out whether it was accurate.

A rep for the actor tells Gossip Cop the report is simply “not true.”

In all fairness, it’s not like the Daily Star has a ton of experience taking home trophies.

“Hey, Tori Spelling! Is That A Baby Bump?” asks HollywoodLife, a site known for childishly posing many questions, yet rarely knowing the answers.

The blog notes Spelling was spotted yesterday at her new Los Angeles store InvenTORI “sporting what appears to be a baby bump!”

HollywoodLife then muddies the water with older quotes from Spelling and husband Dean McDermott, saying how they would one day like to expand their family.

The couple currently have two children together, Liam and Stella.

So, is Spelling now expecting a third child?

Nope.

A rep for the star tells Gossip Cop that reports claiming she’s pregnant are “not true.”

Incredibly, the female-oriented HollywoodLife knows little about women, having wrongly and repeatedly reported that Jessica Simpson, Reese Witherspoon, and Jennifer Garner were pregnant.

The Office has a new staffer.

Cody Horn will fill one of the new roles created after Steve Carell’s iconic Michael Scott character leaves the hit series later this season.

“We’re very excited to have found Cody,” says executive producer Paul Lieberstein, who also plays Toby Flenderson on the show.

“We’ve been searching for a love interest for Creed for a long time,” Lieberstein jokes to TVLine. “So just sit back and get ready to be disgusted.”

Model-turned-actress Horn has appeared on “Rescue Me,” and in movies like Flipped.

As Gossip Cop reported last month, Will Ferrell will do a four-episode arc to help smooth Carell’s exit from the show.

Justin Bieber is promoting Never Say Never (have you heard?), and last night he visited with one of his favorite flirts, Chelsea Handler.

Conversation turned to the Grammy Awards, where Lady Gaga arrived in egg form.

Bieber thought Gaga’s egg and last year’s infamous meat dress “both were weird.”

“I don’t know, people say it’s artistic and stuff, I’m like, ‘You’re an egg.’”

Wonderful. Yet another couple who can’t manage to keep things civil in the name of their children.

It’s been a while since Peter Andre and Katie Price have called each other lovers, but the pair still share children together, which means they will never be out of each other’s lives for good. As it turns out, the couple are still in the midst of figuring out a custody arrangement and Peter is apparently determined to get ugly should things not go his way.

Sources are reporting that Peter has compiled heaps of “evidence” against Katie that calls into question her parenting skills. Apparently, Peter’s insisting that Katie is “mentally unfit” to care for their two kids, citing a recent incident involving their youngest child, Princess, who was burned on her back while in Katie’s care.

Ouchy! Poor baby! We bet that hurt a lot!

When the police, who were notified presumably by Peter, questioned Katie about the burn, she revealed that the little one got too close to a hot towel rail and that it was purely an accident. But Peter has more than just accusations. He also claims to have video footage of Katie berating the children with obscenities.

However, Katie and her reps are staying firm, telling sources that all of this “evidence” is just another “publicity stunt” on Peter’s part. We don’t doubt that, but if we were the judge, we’d also take his evidence into serious consideration. No matter what, the welfare of those children has to come first!
