Britney Spears is accused of defrauding a company in a perfume deal, according to a lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages.
Brand Sense Partners, LLC claims Spears signed an agreement giving them 35% of her profits from a deal with Elizabeth Arden.
Now the company has filed a lawsuit alleging that Britney and father Jamie Spears made a secret agreement with Elizabeth Arden for the Radiance scent, cutting Brand Sense out of the deal.
In a suit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Brand Sense accuses the Spears family of being “sneaky” and “underhanded” in their marketing move.
It claims that Jamie Spears was caught “red handed” and that Britney participated in “concealment and evasive actions.”

“‘Idol’ Feud Rages On,” reads the headline of a piece in the National Enquirer that goes on to claim “Steven Tyler and J. Lo bicker over everything from wardrobe to airtime.”
And the fighting between Tyler and Jennifer Lopez is only “getting nastier,” says the supermarket tab, which previously wrongly reported J. Lo was feuding with host Ryan Seacrest.
According to the Enquirer, Lopez likes to “know how many lines [Tyler] has and how many minutes he’s on camera.”
The mag further quotes a so-called “insider” as saying, “Jennifer also freaked out after learning Steven had a bigger wardrobe budget. To throw it in her face, he asked for a higher stipend in front of Jennifer in a meeting.”
The Enquirer’s source says it’s “like an unhealthy sibling rivalry.”
Here’s what’s right about the Enquirer’s story: Both Lopez and Tyler are judges on “American Idol.”
Here’s what’s wrong about the Enquirer’s story: They are not feuding, and are having a blast doing the show together.
As if one couldn’t tell by their great chemistry that everything is peachy keen between the two stars, a rep for Lopez tells Gossip Cop the Enquirer is “wrong once again.”
We couldn’t have said it better.

“Jen Wants Brad Back!” reads a deceptive In Touch headline which actually refers to Jennifer Aniston and Bradley Cooper.
According to the tab, “They only dated for a few months” back in 2009, but “there are some unresolved feelings on Jen’s part.”
And now that Cooper and Renee Zellweger broke up, Aniston has “been texting him again,” claims the mag.
A so-called “insider” tells In Touch, ”Jen would give Bradley another chance in a heartbeat.”
Uh, was there even a first chance?
Aniston’s rep assures Gossip Cop the In Touch story is “completely fabricated – she is not texting him.”
Additionally, a source confirms to us that the actress “has not been in contact with [Cooper] for quite some time.”

David Boreanaz has just settled a sexual harassment lawsuit that was filed last summer by an extra on his show “Bones.”
Kristina Hagan, who worked on “Bones,” filed suit against the actor in July, alleging he sent her “sexually inappropriate text messages†while promising to find her a part on the series.
Hagan also claimed in court papers that Boreanaz “attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away,†and that he “masturbated in front of her.â€
While the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, Hagan’s attorney, Gloria Allred, tells Gossip Cop, “The matter has been resolved.”

Elizabeth Banks and her husband Max Handelman are new parents!
The actress just made the announcement on Twitter, revealing that she and Handelman have welcomed a baby boy named Felix, who was born via surrogate.
“The one true hurdle I’ve faced in life is that I have a broken belly,” wrote Banks on her personal blog. “After years of trying to get pregnant, exploring the range of fertility treatments, all unsuccessful, our journey led us to gestational surrogacy.”
“From that came two miracles,” she continued.
“The first was meeting our carrier and her husband who were truly humbling in their decency and generosity. And the second miracle was the birth of our baby boy, Felix Handelman.”
“We have maintained a great deal of privacy throughout this process, and hope to continue to honor Felix’s privacy going forward.

Thanks to all our friends, family, and fans for your support.

If you need me, I’ll be changing dirty diapers and trying to get some sleep.”
Congratulations to the new mom and dad!

“Kendra’s JEALOUS of Kirstie,” blares the headline of an In Touch story which claims the competition between Kendra Wilkinson and Kirstie Alley on “Dancing With the Stars” is “anything but friendly.”
According to the tab, Wilkinson is “increasingly jealous” of Alley not only because she outscored her on the show’s first two rounds but also because she’s become a favorite with the public.
“Everyone thought that Kendra would be the sexy star of the show,” explains a so-called “friend” of the reality star, “but Kirstie stole her thunder.”
As a result of their supposedly fierce rivalry, Wilkinson and Alley “don’t get along” off-set, says the mag.
However, despite In Touch’s attempt to create drama, Wilkinson and Alley’s competition is all in good fun.
A source on the set of “DWTS” tells Gossip Cop the strife story is “bulls**t.”
