Aspiring musician Rebecca Black has taken her music video debut viral. The song “Friday” hit the web more than a month ago, but it wasn’t until this past Friday that the video began to gain steam.

With over two million YouTube views, Rebecca could be the next big joke in music. Probably not what she wants to hear, but it’s hard to escape a Gawker headline that reads: “Is This The Worst Music Video Ever?”

The video is heavy on auto-tuned vocals and corny one liners that include:

“Yesterday was Thursday (Thursday), today it is Friday (Friday), we, we, we so excited, we so excited, we gonna have a ball today. Tomorrow is Saturday, and Sunday comes afterwards.”

At this point I’m not sure if she’s being serious or just trying to create a viral video, but you can judge for yourself, here’s the video:

The nude celebrity photo hacking ring that may be responsible for releasing naked pictures of Vanessa Hudgens allegedly targeted Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba, and dozens of other female stars.

The personal digital files of Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Miley Cyrus and others were also hit by the hackers, according to a growing list of possibly compromised actresses compiled by TMZ.

It’s believed that 50 female celebrities might be involved.

Hudgens has already met with FBI investigators who are working on the case.

Miley Cyrus‘ parents may be getting back together.

During an interview for “The View” scheduled to air tomorrow, Billy Ray Cyrus reveals to the hosts, “I’ve dropped the divorce.”

“I want to put my family back together,” adds Cyrus.

When asked how things are between him and Tish Cyrus now, Billy Ray says, “I think for the first time me and my entire family are finally communicating with each other in a way that [it hasn’t been] for quite some time, and to answer your question, things are really the best they’ve ever been.”

His relationship with Miley seems to be especially strong these days.

“The best it’s ever been. I feel like I kind of got my Miley back in a way. I feel like we are the daddy and the daughter that we were before ‘Hannah Montana’ happened. Our communication, we have laughed a lot in the last couple of days.”

The famous father also clears up some heated comments he made to GQ magazine, in which he declared “Hannah Montana” “destroyed my family.”

On “The View,” Cyrus sets the record straight.

“I don’t think ‘Hannah Montana’ ruined my family,” he says. “I love ‘Hannah Montana.’ I love Disney. That didn’t tear my family apart. Now fame, fame is a different animal. You’ve got to be careful with that thing.”

Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus announced that they’d filed for divorce in a joint statement last October.

Like a puppy with his favorite chew toy, HollywoodLife just will… not… let… go!

Last week, the site insisted that Rihanna and Colin Farrell weren’t just dating – they were allegedly “getting serious.”

The story was bogus.

As Gossip Cop pointed out, Rihanna and Colin Farrell were not dating, and HollywoodLife just seemed to be embellishing an old rumor linking the stars – one that we’d already busted.

But the site is serious about Rihanna and Farrell being “serious.”

HollywoodLife claims “the two stopped by Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, an intimate Italian restaurant, and were careful to leave at separate times so as not to be photographed together. Sneaky!”

No, what’s “sneaky” is HollywoodLife trying to make it seem like the stars shared a meal at an “intimate” restaurant.

They did not.

Farrell was at Giorgio Baldi for a business dinner. Rihanna was across the room at a different table.

Maybe they were so “careful,” the two chose to have their entire intimate date separately!

Or maybe – just maybe – HollywoodLife is still wrong, and Rihanna is not dating Colin Farrell.

“Sandra and Jen BOND OVER THEIR BREAKUPS,” exclaims a piece in In Touch, which claims Sandra Bullock and Jennifer Aniston have struck up a new friendship, based on their mutual single status.

According to a so-called Bullock “pal,” “Jen is helping Sandra cope” with her divorce from Jesse James.

Only now, a year later?

Aniston supposedly reached out to Bullock when news of James’ affairs surfaced, says the tab, because “having gone through a similar humiliation when Brad Pitt left her for Angelina Jolie, Jen knew how Sandra was feeling – and let her know she was there for her.”

Bullock has now supposedly joined Aniston’s “clique,” which includes Courteney Cox, and “they jokingly call themselves the First Wives Club.”

Aniston and Bullock are so tight, says In Touch’s source, “They’re even thinking of shooting a movie together.”

Well, that’s a lovely little story, but none of it is true.

A rep for Aniston tells Gossip Cop the story is “completely fabricated.”

“Miley goes on a wild shopping spree,” reads a headline from In Touch about Miley Cyrus.

According to the tab, “Miley dropped more than $500,000 on fractional ownership of a private jet, and hundreds of thousands more on clothes, jewelry and furniture.”

In Touch quotes a so-called “friend” of Cyrus, saying her dad “Billy Ray kept Miley on a very short leash when it came to her spending habits, but now that she is an adult and has some control, she’s blowing through money pretty fast.”

The “friend” claims Cyrus has “already spent more than $1 million this year and it’s only March.”

A source close to Cyrus tells Gossip Cop that the In Touch story is “completely bogus,” noting she spends a normal amount on clothes and “does not own a private plane.”

One of the strangest rumors we’ve seen recently claims “30 Rock” guest star Susan Sarandon “hooked up” with the show’s Judah Friedlander.

Wait… what?

According to the New York Post’s “on-set-sources,” the disheveled comedian “attracted the attention” of the actress during filming.

As it happens, Friedlander held his book party last October at SPiN, the club co-owned by Sarandon.

So is there actually something brewing between the two?

NO.

A source close to Friedlander tells Gossip Cop the story is “hilarious and absurd.”

Trust us: Everything will become clear on tonight’s episode of “30 Rock.”

Taylor Swift has joined Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax as Zac Efron’s dream girl.

Efron voices the role of a young boy who discovers the story of the Lorax, a creature who fights to save the environment. Swift plays the girl Efron’s character hopes to win over.

The animated adaptation also features Danny DeVito, Ed Helms and Betty White.

It comes from the same team that was behind the hit Despicable Me, and is scheduled to be in theaters in 2012.

Dr. Seuss first published the classic cautionary tale in 1971, with an animated TV special following the next year.

Vanessa Hudgens reportedly met with the FBI yesterday about the nude photos allegedly hacked from her Gmail account.

The actress spoke with federal investigators for more than an hour at her lawyer’s office in Los Angeles, and it’s believed the person who hacked into Hudgens’ email leads a ring of hackers who have targeted dozens of A-list celebrities, according to TMZ.

Now the site has released what it claims to be a “partial list” of stars who may have had compromising material stolen.

Miley Cyrus, Scarlett Johansson, Busy Phillips, Ali Larter, Renee Olstead, Emma Caulfield and Addison Timlin are also named.

Gossip Cop is following up with sources for confirmation.

Jennifer Lawrence will play heroine Katniss Everdeen in the film adaptation of the massively popular Hunger Games book series, Gossip Cop confirms!

“I can’t wait to work with Jen and see her bring this character to life,” says director Gary Ross.

“Katniss requires a young actress with strength, depth, complexity, tenderness, and power. There are very few people alive who can bring that to a role. Jen brings it in spades. She’s going to be an amazing Katniss.”

Gossip Cop first reported that Lawrence was the front-runner for the role last Saturday.

The Winter’s Bone Oscar nominee beat out a long list of rumored contenders, including Hailee Steinfeld and Abigail Breslin.

Suzanne Collins‘ young adult novels are set in a dystopian future in what used to be the United States. Everdeen (who is 16 years old in the book) participates in the Hunger Games, a government-sponsored televised fight to the death among children.

Of Lawrence’s selection, Collins says, “Jennifer’s just an incredible actress. So powerful, vulnerable, beautiful, unforgiving and brave. I never thought we’d find somebody this perfect for the role. And I can’t wait to see her play it.”
