Marcus Mumford injured a fan after throwing a guitar stand into the audience during a recent concert. See video below.

Mumford & Sons is in the midst of its “Gentleman Of The Road” tour, which stopped in Walla Walla, Washington last weekend. During the encore, Mumford and his band mates were rocking out to “Ditmas” when he was apparently motivated to hurl the guitar stand into the audience. The metal rod went flying over the heads of concertgoers before smacking into one woman as it landed.

The incident was caught on video, and the footage very clearly shows Mumford chucking the piece of the equipment into the crowd and then the rod striking the attendee. As the lights go up after the song ends, fellow audience members are seen comforting the unidentified guest, as others raise their arms in their air in an attempt to get the band’s attention. It’s unclear how badly she was hurt, and if she ultimately received medical assistance.

While Mumford & Sons has posted photos from the Walla Walla show on Facebook, the group has not mentioned the incident. And now that the video has emerged online one week later, reps for the band have still not commented. Earlier this week, Mumford & Sons had a much more light-hearted appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” during which, as Gossip Cop reported, the host (jokingly) revealed he was once a member of the Mumford & Sons boy band, Mumtown.

TV and the Internet haven’t always seen eye to eye, and TV shows can be notoriously slow at adapting to online culture, but at least the Late Late Show host is putting in the effort — with some HIGHlarious results!

Kylie Jenner is so “sick and tired” of some media outlets making up stories about her, she’s planning on exacting revenge, Gossip Cop is told. A Jenner source says at first she and her family and Tyga thought it was “harmless” and “dumb,” but now she’s had enough with sites fabricating stories that are so “far removed from reality.”

Gossip Cop‘s insider says, “every day is another lie, whether it’s about her having a baby or what she’d name the baby” to “stuff about her sisters being jealous of her or her jealous of them… it’s all lies.” We’re told, “Seriously, none of it is true,” but just because she doesn’t address the fabricated stories on social media, “people shouldn’t assume it’s true.”

So, what does Jenner have planned for the webloids that day-after-day make up stories about her? “A lot is being discussed,” says our impeccable source, including “suing” or publicly “naming a site or two” that repeatedly manufactures fake stories.

Another individual who works with the family tells Gossip Cop, “The sites are making up the stories without one single iota of truth, so they legally cannot hide behind saying it was told to them by a ‘source,’ since no one [the Jenner and Kardashian families] know would tell an outlet the fantastical things they’re publishing.” The second source adds that the webloids “can’t hide behind ‘shield laws,’” which are designed in court cases to protect journalists from naming their sources, “because their sources aren’t real people.”

A second path, we hear, is simply to use the vast influence of the Kardashians and Jenners’ social media, with their millions upon millions of followers, to “tell the world a particular outlet lies about Kylie and her family.”

“More options are being explored,” adds the first insider. Whatever is ultimately decided on is cool with Gossip Cop.

Jesy Nelson from Little Mix was doing an accent challenge last year, and tried a Jamaican accent that was, um, a little difficult to understand — and now, it only gets better when you mash it up with a legendary song from the days of yore!

Miranda Lambert dyed her hair a sexy platinum blonde on Thursday, just one month after announcing her divorce from Blake Shelton. See the picture at right, and a larger version below!

The country singer took to Instagram on Thursday to share a photo of her new lighter colored ’do while quoting a lyric from her own song “Platinum.” Lambert wrote in the caption, “What doesn’t kill you only makes you blonder. #platinum #blondeshavemorefun.” The singer also gave a shoutout to her stylist Lee Wright from Nashville’s Style House Salon who hooked her up with the brighter color.

As Gossip Cop previously noted, Lambert and Shelton split last month after four years of marriage. Despite the divorce, the two seem to be getting along. The former couple even joked with each other over Twitter about a rumor alleging Lambert was pregnant. Gossip Cop, of course, exclusively busted the false pregnancy report last month.

Even though Lambert and Shelton seem to be friendly exes, Lambert recently told fans during a concert at the 3rd And Lindsley Bar and Grill in Nashville that she was coping with “caffeine and sad songs.”
