Here’s How Katy Perry & Calvin Harris Handled Taylor Swift’s Look What You Made Me Do Premiere At The MTV VMAs…

If Calvin Harris and Katy Perry had Feels about Taylor Swift‘s new music video, they showed it by displaying no emotion at all!

As we previously reported, Tay Tay made a splash at Sunday’s MTV VMAs by premiering the music video for Look What You Made Me Do. Now, since LWYMMD is a diss track about Swift’s many nemeses, it only makes sense that neither Perry nor Harris are fans of the new banger.

How do we know they’re not fans?? Well, the Chained To The Rhythm artist was conspicuously absent from the stage amid Taylor’s big debut. Many assume the video dropped right after a commercial break so that host Perry wouldn’t have to present the vid.

However, this might just be a coincidence, as sources previously dished that Miz Swift’s new song and album are NOT about Katy. Rather, it focuses on her beef with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West. Hmmm.

Still, the music video took a big shot at the blonde pop starlet’s ex. ICYMI, one of the gravestones featured in the visual has the name Nils Sjöberg written on it. This was the pen name Taylor used when contributing to Calvin’s This Is What You Came For. Following their split, Taylor took credit for co-writing the track and Calvin went OFF on Twitter about it.

So, no wonder the Scottish DJ (seemingly) refused to clap (below) following the Look What You Made Me Do showing.

We see you, Calvin!!

Does anyone else feel like their feud is only JUST getting started?? Eek…

Taylor Swift “Look What You Made Me Do” Music Video – Watch VMAs Premiere

Taylor Swift’s music video for “Look What You Made Me Do” had its world premiere at the 2017 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday. Check out the full video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, “Look What You Made Me Do” is the lead single from Swift’s highly-anticipated upcoming sixth album, Reputation. While the record won’t drop until November 10, the song debuted at midnight this past Friday. Lyrically, the track speaks of a feud and vowing to get revenge on an opponent. Hours after its release, “Good Morning America” aired a sneak peek at the music video. The clip, however, was just barely 15 seconds in length, so this is the first time Swifties are getting to see the superstar’s full vision.

While Swift previously premiered the music video for “Bad Blood” at the Billboard Music Awards in 2015, she has a much more storied history with the VMAs. Her first nomination came in 2008 for Best New Artist (“Teardrops On My Guitar”), followed by a win in 2009 for Best Female Video (“You Belong With Me”). In what became one of the annual event’s most infamous moments, Kanye West crashed the stage and interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech to drunkenly assert that Beyonce “had one of the best videos of all time.” Later in the show, Beyonce brought the songstress out on stage so she could properly finish her speech.

Swift’s next victory came in 2013, again for Best Female Video (“I Knew You Were Trouble”), and then she scored four trophies in 2015 (for “Blank Space” and “Bad Blood”). At that same ceremony, she teamed up with Nicki Minaj to give a joint opening performance after the two seemingly squashed beef related to that year’s nominations. In addition, Swift and West also seemed to make peace, as she presented him with the Video Vanguard Award. But in early 2016, the pair began feuding again over the lyrics to the rapper’s song “Famous.” The dispute grew to involve Kim Kardashian, and many believe “Look What You Made Me Do” targets them.

And given that the VMAs is where it all began for Swift and West’s controversial ties, its fitting that she chose to use the occasion for the video’s premiere. This year’s show is also being hosted by Katy Perry, her supposed nemesis. Swift is also among tonight’s nominees, having scored a nod for Best Collaboration, thanks to “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” with Zayn Malik. Watch the “Look What You Made Me Do” music video below.

Kim Kardashian “Ready To Battle” Taylor Swift Over New Song?

Kim Kardashian Taylor Swift

(Getty Images)

Kim Kardashian is not “ready to battle” Taylor Swift after the release of the singer’s single, “Look What You Made Do,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “false.”

According to RadarOnline, Kardashian and Kanye West are “ready to wage war against the mudslinging singer.” A so-called “source” close to Kardashian is quoted as saying, “Kim is just tired of playing this game with Taylor. She has clearly had it out for the both of them, and Kim is so ready to fight fire with fire.” “It’s about to get ugly, and Kim is ready to shut Taylor down,” adds the supposed insider.

Of course, the website has no specifics about how Kardashian is “ready to battle” Swift. Nor does the outlet know how the reality star plans to “fight fire with fire.” And while the blog’s source claims it’s “about to get ugly” and Kardashian is “ready shut Taylor down,” RadarOnline offers nothing to back up its claims.

That’s because the only thing that’s “ugly” is the site’s fact-checking. Gossip Cop is told Kardashian does not intend to “battle” or “shut down” Swift. Even her own rep exclusively tells us the webloid’s report is “false.” And frankly, the outlet’s Kardashian sources have been repeatedly wrong.

For years, Gossip Cop has called out the website for a slew of inaccurate articles about her. Among the more outrageous falsehoods published by the blog about the reality star was a fake news story about having video of Kardashian’s robbery. It simply was not true. And for months on end, RadarOnline ran false claims about Kardashian and West getting divorced.

There were tales, among others, about Kardashian meeting with a divorce attorney and having an agreement with West finalized. But it was all made-up. Much to Gossip Cop’s surprise, not only were those articles untrue, but Kardashian’s rep also told us the outlet often didn’t even fact-check its allegations. It seems the site similarly failed to vet its latest claim about Kardashian gearing up to “battle” Swift.

Oops! ‘Shit Show’ Permit Problems Shut Down The Weeknd’s Concert Just Minutes Before It Began!

The Weeknd was all set to host a private concert on Friday night in downtown El Lay to honor and celebrate the 20th anniversary of Grey Goose vodka… but the thing was cursed from the beginning, and the star never even got to perform a single song before it was shut down!

According to media reports, the private event was canceled literally moments before The Weeknd was to take the stage, and the culprit is permit problems — the El Lay fire marshal wasn’t playing around!

Related: The Weeknd Can Cuddle AND Play Video Games!

Hundreds and hundreds of people showed up to the event — it sounds like many more than they were anticipating — and folks were being turned away because of the last-minute permit issue.

One guest spoke out to the media about the experience, saying:

“I showed up and like 30 girls attacked my Uber. There were all these hot girls standing around all dressed up and staff were carrying crates of Grey Goose out of the building. What a shit show.”

Yikes!!!

Event organizers apparently sent out an email half an hour before the Weeknd was supposed to go on saying everything had been scrapped due to “production issues.”

Sounds like a Grey Goose/city permit problem. The company claims that The Weeknd will be back with them soon for more (hopefully well-permitted) events:

“Due to unforeseen production issues, tonight’s event has been canceled. That said, Grey Goose and The Weeknd will be back together soon – bigger and better!”

Oops!!!

Can’t win ’em all, we suppose.

Donald Trump Is Literally The Most Unpopular First-Year President EVER — See The Numbers!

This is wild!!!

It’s been a rough first seven months in the White House for Donald Trump, and nowhere does the superficial commander in chief feel that more than his abysmal poll numbers, which have him as HISTORICALLY unpopular!!!

Related: Trump Is Literally Just Wingin’ It At This Point

Right now, Trump’s approval rating is just 34 percent — and he has already spent more time with an approval rating under 40 percent in his first year in office than ANY other president in history… with four months left to go until 2018.

TOO BAD, SO SAD!!!

Plus, according to Gallup‘s most recent weekly polling estimate, Trump is only viewed positively by 37 percent of Americans! (Who are these 37 percent of Americans? Are they awake?!)

For reference, Barack Obama‘s approval ratings and positive views never got even close to 40 percent… just another thing he has on Trump!!

Beyond his first year, there’s still some history Trump can yet reach: later on in their presidencies, several American leaders saw their approval ratings dip into the 20s, so we’ll see if Trump can meet them there eventually.

Harry Truman hit 22 percent in February 1952, during the middle of the drawn-out Korean War. Richard Nixon sat at 24 percent just before his resignation in 1974. And Jimmy Carter bottomed out at 28 percent during the 1979 oil crisis.

Still got some work to do to make history, Donald, but considering you’re reaching all-time first-year lows, you’re well on your way!!!

What do U think, Perezcious readers?! How’s Trump doing??

Kanye West Has No Plans For Taylor Swift Diss Track Response, Despite Report

Kanye West Taylor Swift Diss Track Response

(Getty Images)

Kanye West currently has no plans to respond to Taylor Swift‘s diss track with one of his own, despite a report claiming she hasn’t “heard the last of his wrath.” Gossip Cop can shoot down this story, which a rep for the rapper dismissed as untrue.

As Gossip Cop has reported, before and after Swift released “Look What You Made Me Do” early Friday, HollywoodLife has been peddling stories designed to capitalize on the interest in her new music. For instance, one made-up “exclusive” falsely claimed Beyonce was excited to see Swift dissing Kim Kardashian with her new song. There’s also been pieces roping in Selena Gomez and Tom Hiddleston. All of these have a common theme: The webloid wants it to seem like it has inside dish on both Swift’s new music and the reaction to it, so the site can be rewarded with traffic.

But as we’ve pointed out with each of the aforementioned stories, these articles are fabrications. And this latest one about West is just more of the same. “Kanye West Furious Over Taylor Swift’s Diss Track: She ‘Hasn’t Heard The Last Of His Wrath,’” blares the headline, while the accompanying story asserts, “Even though she hasn’t confirmed that it’s about Kimye, the ‘Fade’ rapper still received her cryptic message loud and clear, and he’s ready to fire back in a major way.”

A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Kanye is clearly pissed over the song. When it comes to Kanye he lives in the music world and doesn’t want anyone to have a one up on him and this track is clearly going to be responded to, Taylor hasn’t heard the last of Kanye’s wrath.” Unsurprisingly, the outlet has no specifics to offer, such as when such a response will be issued. But fans shouldn’t expect to hear anything any time soon.

Asked if West plans to release his own track in response to Swift’s, a rep for the performer exclusively told Gossip Cop flat-out, “No.” Of course, it’s possible the rapper’s eventual new music will end up including some kind of pointed lyrics, but we’re told that nothing is in the works right now. In addition, as Gossip Cop has always said, real sources close to West, Kardashian and Swift, as well as many other stars, like Beyonce, Gomez and Hiddleston, don’t actually talk to HollywoodLies. Stories like these are typically manufactured by the online publication to exploit a hot topic with seeming plausible but made-up information. That’s all that’s going on here.
