If this whole law thing doesn’t work out, Stormy Daniels‘ attorney has a whole other career to fall back on.
We mean, besides as a Tag Heuer model.
Michael Avenatti is fully equipped to be a professional hype man, as much as he’s been amping up interest in this Sunday’s 60 Minutes, in which Donald Trump‘s alleged mistress will finally tell her story to the American people.

Earlier Avenatti teased a reveal of physical threats in the upcoming interview with Anderson Cooper — now he’s teasing photographic evidence??
He posted to Twitter Thursday night:

Um… is that what we worry it is?
It’s a disk, so it could be a number of things, but he did say “picture.” So our money is on multiple photos of Trump and Stormy together.
Now could we be looking down the barrel of a naked Trump pic?? *shudder*
Avenatti did debunk one theory:
Nope. Enjoy Sunday and the days that follow…

On Sunday night, Sacramento resident Stephon Clark was fatally shot by police in his grandparent’s backyard after authorities responded to a call of a person breaking car windows nearby, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Although officers believed the 22-year-old was pointing a gun, “the only item found near the suspect was a cellphone,” according a statement from the Sacramento Police Dept.

Officials have released footage of the incident, from the body cameras worn by the two officers who approached Clark, and from a sheriff’s helicopter up above.
More audio and video footage will be released “in the near future.”
In one clip, a cop shouts, “Show me your hands! Gun, gun, gun!” before the two fire a total of 20 rounds at Clark during the encounter.
On Thursday, hundreds of protesters marched through the streets of Sacramento and, at one point, blocked off a freeway.

As we reported in June 2016, Anton Yelchin died from blunt traumatic asphyxia after he was pinned against a security gate with his own Jeep Grand Cherokee.

According to authorities, the Star Trek actor thought his car was parked when it was actually in neutral, as it rolled down his driveway and struck him. Although a recall notice went out on May 14, 2016 addressing the aforementioned problem, Yelchin had not gotten his car fixed yet.
On Tuesday, per TMZ, the thespian’s family settled their lawsuit with auto company Fiat Chrysler, though the details are confidential.
Months after the tragedy, the dealership said the accident was caused by Anton’s “misuse, misapplication or damage” of the vehicle.
Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt are not having “secret late-night meetings” thanks to George Clooney, despite a false report that we already corrected. Unfortunately, this phony narrative is now being spread online. Gossip Cop can once again debunk this old and fake news.
On Wednesday, Gossip Cop called out Star for publishing a bogus cover story alleging that Pitt and Aniston were caught kissing and “back on” as a couple. According to the unreliable outlet, Clooney was the one who encouraged his Ocean’s Eleven co-star to reunite with the actress. Reps for both Clooney and Pitt assured us the story was fabricated, but that hasn’t stopped HollywoodLife from regurgitating it.
“Is George Clooney the ultimate matchmaker?” asks the untrustworthy blog, which goes on to echo all of the false claims made up by Star. One of those claims is that Clooney hired a driver to bring him and Pitt to Aniston’s house “for a nightcap” following a pre-Oscar party. As the story goes, Clooney dropped off his friend without going inside once they arrived at the actress’s home. Of course, none of this occurred.
After spreading this false narrative, HollywoodLies then reverses course and alleges to have “exclusively” learned from a “source” that the story isn’t true. However, even if the untrustworthy site had actually spoke to an insider, Gossip Cop already debunked this story, so there’s nothing “exclusive” about the denial. Regardless, we’ve been repeatedly assured that no one close to any of the stars involved in this story has divulged information to the blog.
As Gossip Cop has also noted, Pitt and Aniston haven’t seen each other in quite some time and a reunion between the two is very unlikely. Unfortunately, the blog constantly picks up tabloids stories about the ex-spouses without bothering to do any fact-checking. After Gossip Cop busted In Touch in January for falsely claiming that Aniston had met Pitt’s children, the website reiterated the false claims anyway.
It should also be noted, New Idea started the bogus storyline about Clooney getting Pitt and Aniston back together earlier this month. This week, Star took the narrative even further, and sites such as HollywoodLies are now spreading it. As Gossip Cop has always maintained, this ongoing saga is complete fiction.
A purported “palace planner” for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry did not “tell all” about their upcoming wedding, despite a new tabloid cover story. This deceptive report is actually made-up. Gossip Cop can bust it.
Life & Styleis claiming to have “all the ‘I do’ details” roughly two months before the couple ties the knot. But there’s a telltale sign right in the very first paragraph that the gossip magazine is full of it. A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Invitations are being sent out close to the ceremony because Harry and Meghan want to keep details as private as possible.” That contention belies the article’s whole premise, which is about leaking alleged “details” about the nuptials weeks in advance.
And far from having an actual “palace planner” on the record for this story, the outlet actually based its report on “a source, who’s gotten details from a palace insider helping to plan the wedding.” In other words, no “palace planner” actually told “all” to the publication. At best, this is third-hand information (from the planner to the source to Life & Style), if this “source” even really exists at all.
So what alleged insight does the tabloid actually offer? First, there’s this “source” statement that anyone would rationally conclude: Markle is “involved in every aspect of the planning, from the flowers to the table decor.” Well, it’s not like it was expected she’d have no opinion at all. Then, the alleged tipster gives what amounts to another “duh” remark: “She’s keeping the designer of her wedding dress secret.” Still, it’s claimed the actress is “leaning toward” Ralph & Russo. That isn’t a new scoop, however. It was speculated earlier this month that Markle may have chosen a Ralph & Russo wedding dress, and oddsmakers even suspended betting this week as the buzz increased.
The supposed snitch goes on to contend Queen Elizabeth has “offered to loan her a priceless tiara.” That’s not a revelation, either. Kate Middleton wore a tiara lent by the queen for her wedding in 2011. There’s been no reason to think Markle wouldn’t be afforded the same opportunity. Meanwhile, the magazine actually admits it’s a “no-brainer” that Middleton’s kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will likely have roles in the bridal party. Given that Middleton and Prince William had young relatives in their own wedding party, and considering that George and Charlotte were part of Pippa Middleton’s special day last year, it’s been expected that they’d be involved with Markle and Prince Harry’s nuptials, too. This isn’t unique insight.
And then comes another red flag. While reasonably guessing that Middleton may be making her first postpartum appearance at the May nuptials, since she is due to give birth in April, the magazine repeats the untrue claim that she’s expecting “twin girls.” The outlet’s “source” even asserts Markle has told her soon-to-be sister-in-law that she’s “welcome to bring her newborns, but Kate might want to leave the babies at home.” As Gossip Cop has repeatedly reported, and Kensington Palace has confirmed, there won’t be “newborns” plural. Middleton is expecting just one baby, and any genuine “source” would know that.
There also appears to be a contradiction as the article goes on. Despite contending in the first paragraph that invitations haven’t gone out because the couple wants to keep things “private,” the publication nonetheless claims to know who has made the guest list. But some of those named, such as Elton John and the Spice Girls, have already publicly indicated that they may be at the historic event. So that’s also not particularly insightful.
Then, the tabloid claims Markle is “reportedly planning to give a speech during the reception.” Well, if the magazine really has a “source” who has spoken to a “palace planner,” shouldn’t this contention be confirmed or denied, instead of couched with “reportedly”? Of course, Gossip Cop doesn’t expect an outlet that alleged almost exactly a year ago that Markle and Prince Harry were going to have a Christmas wedding in the Caribbean to actually have real inside knowledge. Between that awful track record and the points made above, it’s quite obvious no one is really telling “all” to this publication.
A new inaccurate story from RadarOnline claims the “‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ reunion is filming today with the entire cast at an undisclosed studio in the Los Angeles area, and the on-air and behind-the-scenes drama is explosive.” But Gossip Cop can correct this fake news. We’re told it’s complete fiction.
Gossip Cop will get to the punchline in a bit, but first we’ll let the often discredited website expose its fabricated and sloppy reporting. According to a seemingly made-up or woefully ill-informed “insider,” “Filming is expected to go all day, and into the evening.” The same unreliable or pretend “source” further “expects catfights to quickly turn nasty” during today’s filming because “tensions are running high.”
The repeatedly mistaken site maintains cast member Dorit Kemsley let producers know “she is ready to go after” Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer.” As for Lisa Vanderpump, the outlet contends she’s just going to let “the other ladies to duke it out with each other” today. Adds the blog, “Arroyave and Ericka Girardi ‘have been exchanging verbal barbs on social media after their blowout episode just aired,’” and there’s no doubt “the animosity is only going to get worse once cameras roll at the reunion” tonight.
There is one slight problem with the website’s latest misfire. Despite the blog asserting how the “filming today” is going to be “explosive,” the “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” is 100 percent not shooting its reunion show today. A rep for the Bravo series assures Gossip Cop that the outlet’s article is “totally inaccurate.” We’re told the reunion “will be taping later this month.”
And not only did the lazy site misspell Girardi’s first name,” but the reality star, who also goes by Erika Jayne, isn’t even in Los Angeles. She’s very noticeably New York on a tour for her book, Pretty Mess, which could also half-describe the website’s reporting. Just a modicum of fact-checking would have revealed that on Tuesday, Girardi was on “Watch What Happens Live” in New York. She remained in Manhattan on Wednesday when she appeared on “The Wendy Williams Show.” And Girardi is singing copies of her in Brooklyn on Thursday. Obviously, she didn’t fly in a snowstorm to L.A. after “Wendy Williams” for the non-existent reunion and then jet all the way back for a book signing.
What’s even more embarrassing about the website’s bogus story, if possible, is that it’s not even the first time RadarOnline has published a fake story about a “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” reunion before it has even taped. Back in August 2012, Gossip Cop busted the outlet when it posted an article packed with phony details about how the cast members had just filmed the “most drama filled reunion taping of any of the ‘Housewives’ franchise” (see below). Much like that false report, the latest tall tale is also nothing more than a fabrication.
This week, it was revealed that Ottawa Senators team captain Erik Karlsson and wife Melinda lost their unborn baby, a month before the due date. So heartbreaking.

The NHL stud had originally said that their little one was due in mid-April. Also, Erik and Melinda were expecting a little boy. Thus, we were shocked when we saw this statement from the Senators about the Karlssons’ untimely loss. The team noted:
“The collective thoughts and prayers of the Ottawa Senators organization, the city of Ottawa and entire hockey community rest with Erik and Melinda Karlsson following the loss of their son. We ask that you respect the family’s wishes for privacy during the grieving process.”
The hockey team commented on Baby Karlsson’s passing, as Erik sat out from the Senators game against the Florida Panthers on Tuesday.
The devastated twosome have since broken their silence on their loss, as they took to Twitter and shared:

Mr. Karlsson also shared an image of his stillborn son’s footprints. The Instagram post (below) confirmed that the pair had named their child Axel Michael Karlsson.
A post shared by Erik Karlsson (@erikkarlsson65) on Mar 21, 2018 at 10:00am PDT
Intense stuff. And it seems like everyone is reeling from this loss, as even Erik’s coach Guy Bouche relayed to CBC News:
“Everybody is heartbroken, it’s awful. We definitely feel for Erik and his wife and his family. It’s been a tough year but this is a real personal, devastating blow to them. We feel for them and Erik is going to take the time he needs to come back and once he does we’ll do our best to support him. It’s definitely a sad day.”
That it is. As always, our thoughts are with Mr. and Mrs. Karlsson following their sad, sad loss.
Jennifer Aniston did not invite Angelina Jolie to sit down for a “secret dinner,” despite a false tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk the claim. We’re told it’s fabricated.
According to In Touch, Aniston believes it’s finally time for her and Jolie to resolve the past now that they’re both going through their respective divorces from Justin Theroux and Brad Pitt. “Jen wants a fresh start on all fronts,” a so-called “source” tells the magazine. “She doesn’t want any baggage from the past, including what went down with Brad and Angelina.”
As the story goes, Aniston worked up the nerve to ask Jolie out to dinner, but the actress turned down the invite. “When Jen asked why, Angelina said she didn’t owe her an apology,” says the alleged insider. “The whole idea to get together for dinner turned into a disaster.”
The outlet’s seemingly phony tipster goes on to speculate that Jolie rejected the dinner offer because Aniston and Pitt have supposedly gotten close again. “It’s gotten back to her that Brad and Jen are in each other’s lives,” says the questionable source. “She’s furious about it.” The “insider” further theorizes that Jolie feared Aniston would have the upper hand if their conversation were to take a turn for the worse.
Aniston was left humiliated after Jolie snubbed her, according to the alleged source, who adds, “If she holds on to her anger toward Angelina, Brad may see her as petty. So Jen was trying to be an adult, hoping Angelina would agree.” A supposed “friend” of Aniston’s then tells the tabloid it’s for the best that she and Jolie didn’t meet, noting, “There would have been fireworks, that’s for sure.”
This entire narrative is made-up. For starters, Aniston and Pitt haven’t reunited. Although it’s true the exes have exchanged friendly texts on occasions, they haven’t seen each other in a very long time and have no plans to do so in the near future. Additionally, Pitt and Jolie are currently on good terms and have been cordially negotiating their divorce settlement. Simply put, Jolie isn’t “furious” with her estranged husband over a nonexistent reunion with Aniston.
Regardless, Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the situation, who exclusively assures us that Aniston never asked Jolie to meet her for a “secret dinner.” The tabloid’s cover story is nothing but lies. Remember, In Touch is the same unreliable publication that falsely claimed Aniston and Jolie had a “showdown” at this year’s Golden Globes. This latest article in the ongoing saga is more fiction.
