“Pump&dump,” in case you were wondering, likely refers to a nursing mother’s practice of pumping her breast milk after consuming something the baby shouldn’t have, like wine. I’ve heard a lot of new mothers talk about savoring that first drink after giving birth- LOL. Clearly Kelly is in that category.
