Jennifer Garner, John Miller Set Wedding Date For End Of Summer?

Jennifer Garner and her boyfriend John Miller have not set a wedding date for the end of the summer, despite an untrue tabloid report. Gossip Cop can debunk the story. The actress simply isn’t headed down the aisle in the coming weeks.

According to In Touch, however, Garner is getting ready to marry her boyfriend of around a year. After first maintaining that the couple has “set a date” for the end of the summer, the magazine’s “source” then backpedals by saying “it could be pushed to early fall.” It’s always a red flag when an outlet’s “insider” can’t commit to the premise they’re pushing.

The alleged tipster continues, “Jen’s excited. She really wants to be a wife again – the commitment of marriage is important to her, and she really trusts that John will be a good husband and stepfather [to her three kids with Ben Affleck].” The questionable source further contends Affleck approves of his ex-wife’s relationship with Miller, adding, “They met a couple of times and got along well. Jen has his blessing.”

Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Garner, who wasn’t able to speak on the record, but assures us the tabloid’s article is made-up. We’re told the actress and her boyfriend haven’t discussed marriage, let alone setting a wedding date. The magazine’s article is totally fabricated.

For whatever reason, In Touch seems intent on jumping the gun when it comes to her relationship. Just a few months after she and Miller started dating last year, Gossip Cop busted the outlet for wrongly reporting Garner and her boyfriend were moving in together. The two still aren’t living together.

Additionally, the publication has quite a poor track record when it comes to reporting about the actress’s personal life. Back in 2017, Gossip Cop debunked the tabloid’s cover story claiming Garner had taken Affleck back. As time has proven, the ex-spouses never rekindled their romance. Instead, they finalized their divorce last year.

It should be noted, we’ve also corrected multiple stories about Garner being pregnant with Miller’s baby, including one that was featured in this week’s issue of Star, the sister magazine of In Touch. At the very least, this latest article doesn’t take the narrative quite that far. Regardless, the idea that Garner and Miller will be husband and wife by the end of the summer, or even by early fall, simply isn’t accurate.
