It can be hard to kick a habit like Cocaine and Lindsay Lohan’s 4th entry into a rehab center, expected sometime this coming week, proves just that point.

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan, 24, will check herself back into a rehab center of her choosing in the next seven days. According to tipsters, she’s actually serious about taking control of her long-time addiction to Cocaine after having relapsed after her last stint at a court ordered UCLA inpatient clinic.

Lohan entered rehab on a 90 day court ordered stint after violating terms of her 2007 DUI probation, however she was released only 14 days later when the clinic said she was cured (Good job UCLA rehab clinic team).

Lohan was sent to jail earlier this week but her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly filed a writ of habeas corpus based on a previous $300,000 bail ruling. Lohan in return has been placed with another SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and she is banned from owning or possessing any controlled substances without a prescription. Lohan is also restricted from going to bars or any places where alcohol is a main item of sale (clubs, strip clubs, etc.)

She told PEOPLE of her decision:

“She will step up her treatment and do more than what she was previously ordered to do,” a well-placed Lohan insider told PEOPLE Sunday.

Now let’s wait a week and see if she’s back out partying again, that seems to be her regular routine.

While Crystal Bowersox may have failed to win American Idol taking the runner up position, she has managed to win with love, announcing her engagement to fellow musician Brian Walker. The couple told PEOPLE Magazine that they will be getting married in October.

Bowersox split from her boyfriend Tony Kusian right before her American Idol finale performance, they have a 1-year-old son together.

“He wasn’t cool with the lifestyle,” Bowersox said of her breakup at the time. “It was a mutual thing. It’s cool, though. We’re both logical, grown adults. I want this career, this lifestyle, more than anything, and I didn’t think he was up for it. He didn’t think he was up for it.”

Bowersox, 25 will soon release her debut album.
