Oh, we love it when former enemies — can we even call Kevin Costner and Madonna that?? — kiss and make up!

If you need a little refresher on the Kevin-Madonna feud that started in 1991 when Madge was filming her Truth or Dare documentary — basically the actor called Her Madgesty’s show “neat” and that totally offended her!

This prompted the singer to stick her finger down her throat and make fun of Kevin’s reaction to her show.

Well, decades after that whole drama went down, Kevin revealed that the Living for Love singer apologized in the most surprising way ever!

The 60-year-old star talked to Jenny Hutt on her SiriusXM show on Thursday and recalled how the apology caught him off guard:

“Well she did something extraordinary. My kids 15 years later, I didn’t know it was coming, but 15 years later my kids wanted to go see a Madonna show and I didn’t want them to be affected by this one little thing that happened, I was embarrassed by it a little bit, but I’ve got over it, too. But, they wanted to go see Madonna then, and now I can get tickets, I can do whatever I want.

But I bought the tickets myself and took my daughters to see Madonna and we didn’t get any special seat, we’re off to the right, and lights were on and the show started and I could just see how happy my daughters were, watching her show and she was just blazing, she was going really strong and then the lights dipped the second time as the show was mid-way through and also she goes: “I want to apologize to somebody. “And the audience got really quiet and she said: “I want to apologize to Kevin Costner.” And I had no idea that she even knew that I was in the audience. And it was a very big thing and my daughters turned and looked at me like: “What was that?” And I was so glad, number one – to hear that. Didn’t think it was coming, I got even embarrassed a little bit. The lights didn’t shine on me because no one knew the lights were on and my daughters looked at me and I just thought it was a really nice thing for her to do. I never actually called her to say: “Hey, thanks”, because we have just this weird communication that goes back and forth.”

What a special moment! It’s certainly something his daughters will remember forever, but, have the two seen or run into each other after that fateful incident?

Not quite.

Kevin responded:

“No I haven’t run into her, but I know who I am, she knows who she is. And I thought what she did was very big and she didn’t have to do it and my daughters never forgot it.”

How could anyone ever forget the moment Madonna apologized to their own father in the middle of a concert?!

But that’s not the only star Kevin talked about!

The Just Jenny host also asked The Bodyguard actor his thoughts on Bruce Jenner‘s transition…

Not many celebrities have spoken out about the former Olympian’s reported transition into a female, but those who have were very supportive, and Kevin is the same.

He said:

“Well, this guy achieved something that a lot of people have talked about , competing at an Olympics. And was winning. I mean you want to compete at an Olympics and your parents would tell you, you’re the fastest little runner, well, guess what, you’re not. But, guess what, Bruce was in his own way and achieved so much and what happens is, in America when you have success like that, you are crushed into the light and he was too and he was very successful at it.

And since he was orchestrating his life and his life turned out maybe as not as conventional as others’ people lives and reality is that it’s playing every day in the press so, it must be really hard for him. So, for me to talk about it, I see what everybody sees, You know, there is a really good person in there and that’s what’s important and his life is wide opened and people are going to lay it out however they want to lay it out and I just hope that he finds peace in his life and maybe he should go to a place that make him feel good and avoid the places that make him feel bad.”

Not everyone knows exactly what Bruce is going through, but it must be nice for him to know he has a ton of support from his fellow famous peers.

Not everyone’s happy about this.

Aging, surgery, or whatever reason, Uma Thurman‘s new look (to be blunt, her “new” face) caused quite a stir at the recent premiere party of her new miniseries, The Slap, in NYC.

Her smooth forehead and “puffy” face got everyone shocked, though it could partly be influenced by her make-up, unlike Renee Zellwegger‘s.

“It looks as though she’s had a recent lower blepharoplasty treatment, also known as eye bag removal,” says Transform Cosmetic Surgery clinical director Mark Norfolk to MailOnline.

He adds, “I would say that she’s probably had a recent course of strong chemical peels as well as some dermal filler injected into the cheeks and nasal labial area; which is all contributing to this swollen-looking finish as it can have this effect immediately after undergoing these treatments.”

Emile Hirsch is taking responsibility for his own actions.

Soon after the actor was charged with assault for allegedly putting a female entertainment executive in a chokehold at the Sundance Film Festival, he checked himself into rehab.

While the Girl Next Door star didn’t publicly make a statement, his spokesperson and attorney, Robert Offer says the actor regrets his actions.

Robert spoke on behalf of Emile and said:

“Emile consumed an enormous amount of alcohol on the evening in question and he has no memory of what happened.

Emile takes these allegations very seriously, and is devastated that any of this has occurred. A few days after the incident, Emile sought help and checked himself into an alcohol rehabilitation facility, where he remains today, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again.”

Although the 29-year-old doesn’t remember what exactly occurred that night, the police revealed the details they gathered from witnesses at the venue.

Apparently he was very intoxicated and started verbally berating her. They said:

“Hirsch appeared intoxicated and asked [movie exec Daniele Bernfeld] why she looked ‘so tough’ and said she was a ‘rich kid’ who should not be at Sundance.”

Daniele is the entertainment executive we mentioned earlier.

Bernfeld claims she decided to move away from the actor to sit with a friend at another table, before Emile reportedly put her in a chokehold and:

“pulled her across the table and onto the floor”

The star then landed on top of her. While mounted on her body, he allegedly wrapped his hands around and started choking her.

Daniele supposedly blacked out briefly and went on to say two bystanders eventually pulled Emile off of her.

Yikes.

When the police finally arrived at the scene of the crime, they said Hirsch appeared to be very drunk and the red marks on Daniele’s neck basically confirmed her story.

Emile is being charged with 3rd degree felony aggravated assault and misdemeanor intoxication.

He’s due in court on March 16.

At age 73, fearless journalist Bob Simon says goodbye, and fellow news personalities are mourning.

Simon was killed last Wednesday night on a car crash in New York City. E! News confirmed that he was a passenger in a Lincoln Town Car livery cab which rear-ended a Mercedez-Benz, then hit a median at W. 30 Street while on the way south.

“One of the great writers of a generation has passed. Bob Simon was a journalist of extraordinary courage,” CBS Evening News anchor Scott Pelley tweets after announcing it on air.

Meanwhile, popular CNN anchor Anderson Cooper shares, “#BobSimon was the best writer, in my opinion, working in broadcast news. I have admired him from the time I was a kid watching #CBSNews.”

Nick Gordon is NOT taking legal action to be able to see Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital, despite a claim from her cousin Jerrod Brown. See statement and video below.

As Gossip Cop has reported, Brown remains on a ventilator in Atlanta in a medically-induced coma, though there have been conflicting accounts as to whether she’s improving. With the exact cause of Brown’s medical emergency still unknown, suspicion has grown around Gordon, who was previously believed to be her husband, until a lawyer for Bobby Brown said last week that the two never actually married.

Though Brown’s mother Whitney Houston raised Gordon like a son, he clashed with both the Houstons and the Browns in the wake of the superstar’s death, with Pat Houston, Whitney’s sister-in-law, even taking out a restraining order against him at one point. Now Jerrod Brown, who has been posting updates on Facebook throughout this ordeal, confirms that Gordon is not currently allowed to visit his girlfriend in the hospital.

“He’s taking legal action in that matter to get visits to see Krissy right now,” Jerrod tells Atlanta’s NBC 11Alive news station. He further claims he’s been in contact with Gordon, serving as a liaison of sorts between him and the Browns. “We sit there and we talk about several things — how he’s dealing with the situation, what he would like my family to know, and what he would love fo Krissy to know, and that is that he loves Krissy and he’s just waiting for her to wake up,” says Jerrod.

But in a statement released Thursday night, attorneys for Gordon say it is NOT true that he is taking legal action to gain hospital access. “In response to reports that Nick Gordon is taking legal action, he would like it to be clear, he is not. Mr. Gordon’s only concern is the recovery of Bobbi Kristina,” say his two lawyers. “He remains in constant prayer for his companion and he hopes to be reunited with her soon. Despite the incredible public interest, we ask and hope that this request can be resolved privately by Mr. Gordon and the family”

But how is Gordon doing? Jerrod claims, “To be honest with you, Nick is feeling very emotional right now behind all of this. He’s pretty torn, he’s pretty torn up about everything that’s going on.” The criminal investigation into what happened between Brown, and whether Gordon committed any foul play, is ongoing, though police have not publicly named him as a person of interest. Previous reports have said Brown and Gordon had a history of domestic violence, and officials were trying to find out why she had facial injuries when she was taken to the hospital.

“At this moment right now, I’m not in the business of pointing fingers. [The public] is about guilty until proven innocent. Well, right now, everybody’s innocent until proven guilty to me,” says Jerrod, adding, “The only thing I really care about is the well-being of my cousin.” In the on-camera interview, Jerrod also denies the family plans to remove life support, saying, “We wouldn’t do that,” and claims they want to take her off the ventilator to breathe on her own.

The National Enquirer claims to have Bruce Jenner’s “Lust List,” an alleged group of names of “men he’d like to pursue once he becomes a woman.” It’s a shameful, disgusting piece from an outlet that routinely attempts to capitalize on celebrities’ trials and tribulations through sensational and speculative stories like this one.

According to the supermarket tabloid, Jenner “is dreaming of hot hunks to seduce into becoming a Tinseltown power couple,” and claims to have obtained his “Hollywood Lust List” from a so-called “friend” of the Olympian. Among the names mentioned are Adam Sandler, Frank Gifford, and Ryan Seacrest. The National Enquirer fills out its story with quotes from its alleged tipster explaining why Jenner is supposedly interested in each star.

The National Enquirer and its snitch conveniently tie Jenner’s supposed interest to personal interactions he’s had with the men over the years. For example, the tabloid’s source says Jenner fell for Sandler “when he filmed a cameo in Adam’s 2011 movie Jack and Jill.” Of course, no real person would actually say in a normal conversation a phrase like, “Adam’s 2011 movie Jack and Jill,” but that’s the least of the magazine’s problems.

“Bruce wants to get closer to the men he’s lusted after in Hollywood for years, and he’s prepared to lay his cards on the table,” claims the National Enquirer “source.” What the magazine fails to mention, though, is that not all transgender people start dating members of their (originally born) sex after transitioning, and there’s been no indication that Jenner will begin seeing men. People even reported in last week’s issue that Jenner “remains attracted to women.” Oh, and one more thing: Some of the men, like Gifford and Sandler, with whom the National Enquirer alleges Jenner wants to become a “power couple,” are actually already married.

Interestingly, the National Enquirer’s story hit newsstands on the same day that Patricia Arquette, who has a transgender sister, slammed tabloid coverage of Jenner’s transition while appearing on “The Meredith Viera Show.” As Gossip Cop reported, Arquette said, “These newspapers, these magazines that are being so disrespectful, they should be ashamed because, really, they’re on the unforgivable side of history, and what they are doing is pathetic and immature and repulsive.” The National Enquirer should take note.
