Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are NOT in a bitter custody battle, despite a new report. Gossip Cop can debunk this rumor, which was started in one of the tabloid’s this week.
According to In Touch, Garner wants sole physical custody of the couple’s three children. The tabloid alleges she is even willing to “do anything to get full custody,” including “using Ben’s issues with gambling and drinking and published charges that he cheated.”
The magazine quotes a so-called “source” as saying, Garner and Affleck are preparing for a “pretty nasty custody battle.” The supposed “source” adds, “He’s been cooperating with her in hopes this divorce won’t get ugly. But he’s fighting an uphill battle – and is most likely to lose.”
The major issue with In Touch’s latest tale is that it’s all wrong. As Gossip Cop previously reported, Affleck and Garner’s divorce is far from “ugly.” In fact, it’s remarkably amicable. Garner and Affleck said in a joint statement a few weeks ago that they had a “commitment to co-parenting our children,” and Gossip Cop has confirmed they have been doing their best to achieve that, including having Affleck live in her guest house in Atlanta, where Garner is currently shooting Miracle From Heaven. From everything Gossip Cop has learned from our sources, the pair plans to share custody of their children.
The duo’s big label dreams, unfortunately, didn’t work out as hoped – but the Berklee School of Music grads are back, going indie and filled with vigor and creativity!
Their latest release, Didn’t Know You, is one of their best!
It’s less big shiny pop than their previous efforts and it’s very autobiographical. It’s raw and cool and super catchy!
And, thankfully, it features no rapping! We never did quite love that!

Let’s be real. This couple is HOT! We have no idea how they’ve been able to successfully stay celibate because it’s plain as day that they’re totally into each other!
But talk about a power couple! That takes serious strength and we applaud them for staying true to their values!

Another news outlet confirmed the 30-year-old’s denial, saying:
“Chris is promoting new music now so his name is out there. But he’s not that dumb to go messing with Blake’s woman. Blake truly adored Miranda and was the last one to always defend her.”
Wow — we wonder if Lambert cheated with a different person or if these affair scenarios are all in Shelton’s head!
Regardless of what happened, it’s sad to know that the couple is done… they seemed so happy.

Corey Feldman is feuding with a minor league baseball team, the State College Spikes, over his performance at their game on Saturday night.

Corey and his “Angels”, scantily clad ladies in wings and not much else, held a concert at a Spikes game this weekend, and then proceeded to start tweeting his dissatisfaction with the team — after they apologized to their crowd for his performance!

Held in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the second time, the top prize went to Miss Oklahoma’s Olivia Jordan, whose hot pink strapless dress (complete with a full, flowing skirt) bested 50 other contestants.

This was a surprisingly powerful episode of television!
It’s no secret that Kaitlyn Bristowe has been polarizing during her stint as The Bachelorette, but we didn’t realize just how hard a time she’s been having ever since her season wrapped.
During Monday night’s Men Tell All special, ABC‘s dating show used its platform to get serious about cyber bullying and slut shaming.
Host Chris Harrison even went as far as reading some of the horrifying tweets and emails the 30-year-old received after it was televised that she had sex with finalist Nick Viall.

The Bachelor and The Bachelorette may have a questionable history when it comes to gender norms and sexism, but it was very pleasant to see the show use its place in pop culture to help fight bullying.
Plus, it doesn’t hurt that Kaitlyn is far and away the most likeable contestant the show has ever had.
