‘Modern Family‘ star Ariel Winter paid Ellen DeGeneres a visit to talk about some pretty personal stuff, such as her recent emancipation from mom Chrystal Workman, due to physical and emotional abuse.

“From 14-17 [years old] it was a legal custody battle. My sister was granted temporary custody first and then when I was 17 in the beginning of the year she was granted permanent custody,” the actress says of her sister Shanelle Workman.

As for her breast reduction surgery, the 18-year-old shares that she only did what she had to do.

An empowered Winter states, “[It] was already very hard to grow up in front of the public and also have your body changing, and then go through a surgery, which I decided to make public because I thought it was very important to talk to women about it in general, because i know there are so many people who have been in my position who needed the surgery.”

Way to go, girl!

Justin Bieber is canceling meet and greets for the duration of his “Purpose World Tour,” which just began earlier this month.

The superstar announced on Instagram on Tuesday night, “Love u guys.. I’m going to be canceling my meet and greets. I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people’s spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy.”

“Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression,” Bieber continued. “The pressure of meeting people’s expectations of what I’m supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders.”

The singer went on, “Never want to disappoint but I feel I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised. Can’t tell you how sorry I am, and wish it wasn’t so hard on me. And I want to stay in the healthy mindset I’m in to give you the best show you have ever seen ;).”

Last November, as Gossip Cop reported, “#justiceforbrokebeliebers” trended when fans complained about the high cost of tickets for the tour, particularly if you wanted a package that included a meet and greet. Then, after the tour started on March 9, Bieber was criticized for looking unhappy in the photos he took with fans. Now the star has apparently given the reason why.

“M&Gs” has since become a trending topic on Twitter, where many have expressed disappointment with the cancellations. A debate is also raging in the comments section of Bieber’s Instagram post, on whether he’s being “selfish” or fans should be more “supportive.” It’s unclear how money will be refunded for those who have already paid the meet and greet fees.

Bieber shared the above picture from one of the recent photo ops along with his message. He is slated to perform at the Staples Center for the third time this week on Wednesday, with the globe-spanning tour scheduled to continue through November.

There are a LOT of disappointed Beliebers out there right now.

On Tuesday, Justin Bieber announced that he’s canceling his meet and greets for his Purpose World Tour. Bkstg, the company in charge of the pop powerhouse’s backstage experiences, explained that this perk has been removed from the $ 925 I’ll Show You package for security reasons.

The business explained in an FAQ:

“During a recent show, there was a security incident that caused our team to have to meet and re-think how meet and greets were handled. This is a new tour with new venues almost every night and still a changing process, but we have decided that for the time being this is our best course of action. We are letting everyone affected know, are offering refunds, and are also offering the alternative of a VIP hangout where both pics and videos can be taken of Justin, just no longer a group picture with him.”

However, if fans want to be refunded, they WILL lose their tickets to the show. Bkstg added:

“Please note there are no partial refunds, so you would also be forfeiting your ticket in exchange for your money back.”

Well, THAT certainly doesn’t seem fair. It also isn’t clear if those $ 2,000 selfies with the Biebs for the Ultimate Purpose Experience will be affected.

While we don’t know the details about the apparent security scare, the soulful singer has taken to Instagram to address the personal reason why he won’t be meeting his fans.

He shared a sweet snap of himself with a young fun, but interestingly enough didn’t say anything about safety concerns.

Instead, he said that meet and greets left him “drained,” explaining:

“Love u guys.. I’m going to be canceling my meet and greets. I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people’s spiritual energy that I end up so drained and unhappy.. Want to make people smile and happy but not at my expense and I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression .. The pressure of meeting people’s expectations of what I’m supposed to be is so much for me to handle and a lot on my shoulders. Never want to disappoint but I feel I would rather give you guys the show and my albums as promised. Can’t tell you how sorry I am, and wish it wasn’t so hard on me.. Some fans have since taken to social media to sympathize with the star. But for those who are still unsatisfied, Bkstg insists that they’re doing their best to still make the experience amazing, posting on their website:

“Starting Friday, the I’ll Show You VIP package has changed. This was not in our control and we hear your anger and see your tears. We are working with all parties to still make this as amazing of an experience as we can. We’re emailing purchasers by tour date, we have FAQs available, and crew manning our emails. We’ll do this together. Thanks for everything.”

Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian are being sued by Hillair Capital Management over their “Kardashian Beauty” makeup line.

In 2012, the sisters teamed up with Boldface to launch a makeup collection under the name “Kardashian Khroma.” They were later forced to change the name to “Kardashian Beauty” due to a trademark dispute with the word “Khroma.” But when Boldface encountered financial problems, Hillair bought the company in 2014 and put $ 10 million into the venture with the Kardashians as a joint owner.

But Hillair now claims the reality stars refused to promote the line, causing it to fail. The management firm maintains in its court papers that it “agreed to put up millions of dollars to help the Kardashians salvage their struggling” line, only to have the trio allegedly damage the brand themselves, even though they were to be the “faces of the line, and actively promote, market and support the line.” The Kardashians are accused of breach of contract, fraud and deceit, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, promissory estoppel and negligent misrepresentation.

Hillair is seeking to recoup not just its $ 10 million investment, but also lost profits. That’s estimated to be up to $ 180 million. The company alleges the Kardashians purposefully sabotaged the contract in hopes they could get a “better, more lucrative deal” elsewhere, but never found someone to buy out Hillair, and instead threatened to pull their names from the products.

The plaintiff, which filed its claims in Los Angeles on Monday, wants a jury trial, though Gossip Cop suspects the matter will be settled before it gets to that point. Gossip Cop reached out for comment on the lawsuit but did not immediately hear back.

After what seemed to be a long tirade from Julie, she attempted to make peace: “Let’s not fight. Here is my olive branch to Zendaya fans- can we just all agree that 1) all women are beautiful and 2) Zendaya hates Jews?”
