Celebrities Mock Donald Trump “Covfefe” Tweet

Donald Trump tweeted early Wednesday morning, “Despite the constant negative press covfefe,” and now celebrities are mocking the non-intelligible tweet. Currently, the president has not pulled down or corrected the message and its nonsensical word (below). As a result, a slew of stars are having a field day poking fun of and trying to explain what “covfefe” means.

Zach Braff asked, “How are we expected to go to sleep while the covfefe tweet is still up?” Rob Lowe opined that “Covefefe” was “Slang for ‘Ah, f**ck it, I give up!’ #covfefe.” Rob Reiner offered that it was an acronym for “Collusion Of Vile Fatuous Evil Fascist Egomaniacs.” And Rosie O’Donnell wrote, “hello – donald did u have a stroke – someone check on him – @potus @IvankaTrump – dad has half tweeted about “covfefe” HE NEEDS HELP -#CHECK.”

Jimmy Kimmel shared, “More what makes me saddest is that I know I’ll never write anything funnier than #covfefe.” “Despite your best intentions, you are the world’s biggest idiskiot,” mocked Josh Gad. He then joked, “Really bummed he beat us to the chase but, #Covfefe is the villain in Frozen 2.” And Will Arnett mocked, “Huh. Well…we know that it’s not that his fingers are too big for the keyboard…”

Marlee Matlin tweeted, “No, there is no sign for #covfefe. But I sure wish there was!” Howie Mandel cracked, “There’s only one word that can describe how I feel tonight, covfefe.” “I don’t always drink beer, but when I do, I prefer Covfefe,” added Patton Oswalt. Josh Groban admitted, “In all seriousness literally every single covfefe tweet is making me giggle like a titmouse.” Meanwhile, Beth Behrs wrote, “I really just wanna go to sleep but #Covfefe.”
